Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for extracting value from every piece of content, distributing it effectively across platforms, and building operational systems to maintain efficiency.
This role requires strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content repurposing, including turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables. Additionally, they will have a sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices.
The successful candidate will also possess solid marketing operations background, with the ability to build and manage systems, SOPs, and content workflows. They must be highly organized and self-directed, with excellent attention to detail. The ability to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract core insights from internal podcast episodes to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
