About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing sales strategies, delivering tailored technical sales presentations, and collaborating with leadership to communicate feature requests and product ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with account executives and channel account managers to develop and execute sales plans
* Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners
* Plan and execute Proof of Value (PoV) activities, including scoping, designing, and configuring Absolute Secure Access and Secure Endpoint products
* Communicate with leadership to prioritize product roadmap development
* Document ongoing sales cycles and PoVs in Salesforce.com
* Collaborate with technical peers within channel partners to identify new sales opportunities
* Maintain security and privacy standards
Requirements:
* Experience in complex technical sales cycles, including deep discovery, scoping, execution, and presentation
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
* Understanding of data-in-transit security, network services, authentication methods, and endpoint or network security tools
* Familiarity with popular firewall vendors and rule design
* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
* Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
