Training Operations Specialist Role Overview
The Training Operations Coordinator is a key role in the company's learning delivery management team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure seamless execution of training sessions. This includes analyzing training needs, coordinating with customers, and managing requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing training needs and determining session numbers to meet customer requirements
* Managing requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation to ensure timely delivery of training sessions
* Organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction
* Coordinating with the team for changes/updates in training events to ensure smooth delivery
* Supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices to maintain accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management or operations
* Exposure to international work environments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
* High-level understanding of the training landscape to make informed decisions and recommendations
* Customer service-oriented posture and team player skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Fluent English and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint to efficiently manage administrative tasks
