The ideal candidate will possess full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment. They'll be able to manage multiple roles, meet deadlines, and leverage tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment process management, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
* Building strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
* Leveraging various sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling
* Evaluating applicants based on qualifications and conducting initial screening interviews
* Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms
* Partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements
* Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS and tracking recruiting metrics
What We're Looking For:
* Full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment
* Proven ability to recruit diverse Information Technology roles
* Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
* Proficiency with modern ATS systems and tools
