Job Opportunity:
* As a key facilitator, lead Scrum ceremonies with purpose and discipline, ensuring teams stay focused on delivering value each sprint.
* Efficiently remove impediments to enable teams to maintain steady progress and high productivity.
* Coach teams in agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Serve as a trusted liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment.
* Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog to ensure clarity and readiness.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights.
* Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels.
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics with a solution-oriented approach.
* Oversight of reporting team performance and progress, providing concise updates for leadership visibility.
* Coordinate effectively with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
You Bring:
* A proven track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives.
* Strong background in hybrid delivery environments integrating Agile and traditional practices.
* Excellent communication skills, influencing, coaching, and presenting confidently at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
* A minimum 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments is required. A Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
