Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities:
* Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach;
* Track key sales metrics and pipeline performance;
* Conduct meetings and present solutions to executives;
* Collaborate with Business Development and CRM teams for process improvement;
* Maintain a disciplined, results-driven sales rhythm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Sales/Outbound reach;
* Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in meetings;
* Familiar with SPIN Selling, BANT, or other sales frameworks;
* Tech-savvy, organized, multitasker, and highly reliable;
* Comfortable working under goals and fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have:
* Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
* Proven consistency in meeting sales targets;
* Desire to grow within a long-term international operation.
