Product Design Pioneer
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team as we embark on a groundbreaking project that will revolutionize the way healthcare providers communicate with each other and their patients. As a founding member of our product design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience from concept to launch.
About the Opportunity
You will work closely with our founding team to build an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future development. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and our overall mission from day one. You'll collaborate directly with our clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
Your Responsibilities
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Lead our clinicians through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical clinicians and technical teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.

* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
* Having engineering/product leadership experience.
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps.
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
