**Training Operations Coordinator Role Overview**
We are looking for a skilled Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Operations group, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in Frankfurt.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a common project with a part of the team based in India. You will be reporting directly to the Training Operations Manager and will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing training needs, determining the number of sessions required, and ensuring their proper execution. You will also be responsible for calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
In addition, you will support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices as needed. You will also be responsible for adhering to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for changes or updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Experience and Skills:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS systems is an added advantage.
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
