Position Overview
We are looking for an Educational Project Service Leader who will play a key end-to-end role in the delivery of our educational projects, from implementation through renewal.
As a key success driver within each initiative, and operating within our B2G (Business to Government) structure, this role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, execution, and performance of assigned projects.
You will be accountable for ensuring that each project meets its defined objectives and KPIs, proactively designing and executing strategies to drive performance, adoption, and partner satisfaction. In close collaboration with the Customer Service team, you will lead initiatives that enhance student engagement and deliver an exceptional service experience.
As the main operational point of contact for partners, you will lead project execution, align cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities for growth and renewal. Success in this role requires a strong balance of project ownership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
This role also requires availability for occasional national and international travel to strengthen partner relationships and support the execution of key initiatives.
Project Ownership & Execution:
Own the end-to-end execution and performance of assigned educational projects, ensuring successful implementation, delivery, and renewal. Drive day-to-day operations, track progress against milestones, and proactively address risks and blockers.
Partner Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment:
Work closely with the account owner and key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and performance. Support partner interactions by providing operational insights, updates, and solutions that strengthen the overall relationship.
Performance Management & Strategy:
Own project performance against defined KPIs, continuously monitoring results and identifying gaps. Design and execute data-driven strategies to improve adoption, engagement, and overall project outcomes.
Student Engagement & Service Excellence:
Partner closely with the Customer Service team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance student engagement and ensure a high-quality, consistent service experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead coordination across internal teams (Product, Operations, Content, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment, timely execution, and successful delivery of project requirements and new initiatives.
Process Optimization & Scalability:
Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality in project execution.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement:
Anticipate potential challenges, identify root causes of issues, and implement proactive solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on insights, feedback, and performance trends.
Reporting & Insights:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the account owner, partner stakeholders, and internal leadership to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

* Project management experience: Proven track record managing end-to-end project execution, including timelines, delivery, and milestones.
* KPI & performance ownership: Experience tracking and delivering results against KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
* Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with multiple internal teams and supporting external stakeholders in coordination with an account owner or manager.

* Experience in B2G or public sector projects: Exposure to working with government entities, public institutions, or large-scale educational programs.
* Background in EdTech or education programs: Experience managing or supporting educational initiatives, digital learning platforms, or student-focused services.
* Experience in scalable or multi-project environments: Familiarity working in environments where multiple projects run simultaneously under shared structures or leadership.
* Advanced data analysis & reporting: Experience using dashboards, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or advanced Excel/Sheets to generate insights and drive decisions.
* Process design & standardization: Experience building or standardizing processes that can be replicated across projects or teams.
* Indirect leadership experience: Experience mentoring, coaching, or influencing team members without direct reporting lines.
* Experience working in global organizations: Exposure to distributed teams, regional coordination, or international project environments.
