We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
Job Description
This is a remote full-time position that requires 168 hours per month. You will be working according to the EST timezone and Canadian calendar. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Field Service Solution.
Responsibilities
* Qualify and dispatch incoming tickets
* Manage Run tickets related to specific deployments (level 2 and/or level 3) on all deployed solutions
* Participate and communicate with America's entities on tracking and resolution of incidents, problems solving
* Monitor the resolution of tickets and ensure their treatment under the SLAs
* Communicate and update the documentation on changes and improvements within the Central team
* Ensure the right transmission of versions delivered by the Build team to the Run Team
* Supervise the platform and use monitoring tools for incoming and outgoing data flows
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
* Advanced product knowledge, with at least 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience
* Proficient in APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Component, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL, APIs, JavaScript
* Well versed with the Lightning framework, Flows, Business Process
* Experience with Salesforce CPQ
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Solution
* Working knowledge of Salesforce tools: Integrated Development Interface (Eclipse), Code-versioning Software (Github), Deployment tool (Gearset)
* Familiar with Support processes: run oriented mindset, problem solving and solution finder
* Strong user listening mindset - good understanding of end-users issues
What Makes You a Differentiator?
To stand out from other candidates, you should have additional Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Javascript Developer. Additionally, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage tasks and deliver results are essential.
