We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Success Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing partner relationships, onboarding new partners, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage partner relationships through regular communication, ensuring a smooth and collaborative partnership.
* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to Wialon, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Monitor partners' business success, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level.
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it.
* Time-management skills in saturated work environment.
* High productivity and speed of work.

Working Arrangements
