We are looking for a Field Support Analyst @ Caieiras-SP (Face-to-face), who wants to learn and transform their career.
Description:
Job Title: Field Support Analyst
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Location : Onsite – Caieiras /SP – Brazil
Language : English -Basic
Portuguese (written and oral)
Key Responsibilities:
1. You have minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support
2. Should have Basic knowledge on Network and Server Administration
3. Hands on Experience on mounting and unmounting the devices
4. Should have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office
5. Should have good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)
6. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
7. Good knowledge of Portuguese (written and oral).
8. Having excellent administrative skills is key for the job (punctual and meticulous)
9. Quick learner, punctual & interested in the progress of IT
