That's why we are constantly searching for new talents and ready to expand our team.We're looking for aCustomer Support Specialistwho will give quick, helpful, and friendly support to our users, helping them have a pleasant and positive experience with our company.What you'll have to do:Using a live chat system, you will respond to customers in an efficient and timely mannerDeliver outstanding customer service whilst adhering to operational SLAs and Customer Satisfaction targetsInvestigate and resolve customer issues quickly and efficientlyContribute and share ideas to improve the quality & speed of P5D customer supportUnderstand, research and escalate our customers' feedback to managementRepresent the brand. As the voice of P5D you'll always provide an engaging and positive customer experienceKnow P5D product inside and out so that you can answer questionsWork the day shifts between EET or the night shifts between EETWhat skills we are looking for:Fluent in spoken and written EnglishQuick and efficient problem-solving abilityCan-do attitudeComfortable taking on ownership and responsibility of issues until resolution or escalationExperience in customer service, support or similarOutstanding customer service skills: ability to be empathetic, accurate, conscientious, responsive, inventive, and diligentAbility to present complex ideas in user-friendly languageSkills to "sell" the product to customers who ask for comparisons with competitorsCapability to understand customers' problems, get to the very bottom of it and offer a flawless solution for their outstanding needsBeing a technical specialist is not required, but you would need to grasp technical issues and understand their impact on the service being delivered to customersExperience working with any CRM/Project Management toolAbility to perform basic computer/system troubleshooting tasksWhat we offer:Attractive compensation.
