Key Product Strategy Leader
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of customer loyalty and marketing automation platforms for Latin American markets.
* Develop and prioritize the product backlog for loyalty and marketing automation initiatives.
* Write clear product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
* Ensure data governance best practices and support integration with the Single Customer View (SCV).
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely, value-driven delivery that aligns with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing technology or CRM. Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management is required. Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms is necessary. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese are essential.
