The Business Development Analyst PL will support Jabil's growth initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing business opportunities, and assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans to expand our market presence and customer base. This role requires a proactive individual capable of translating market insights into actionable recommendations. - Job Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessment to identify potential new business opportunities and market segments. - Analyze financial data, sales performance, and customer metrics to identify areas for growth, improvement, and strategic investment. - Prepare detailed business cases, financial models, and presentations to support new business proposals and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product development teams to gather information, develop integrated strategies, and ensure alignment on business development goals. - Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or market entries. - Support the creation of strategic account plans and contribute to the identification of key customer targets. - Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to gather market intelligence and represent Jabil's interests. - Maintain a strong understanding of Jabil's capabilities, services, and strategic direction to effectively identify and pursue relevant opportunities.Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. - Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal communication). - 3-5 years of experience in business development, market analysis, strategic planning, or a related commercial role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector. - Proven ability to conduct thorough market research and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and business case development. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for business growth. - Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
