Our culture is grounded in trust, transparency and autonomy, and that's how we communicate too.About the OpportunityDowntown is growing and we need someone to build and run the marketing infrastructure that supports it. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll work across three fronts — recurrent clients, referrals and new client acquisition —designing strategies, setting up campaigns, configuring tools and measuring what converts. Your primary focus is on capture and expansion (website, CRM, events, paid media, referral systems, client retention), while supporting the demand layer fed by content and authority.This role works in close partnership with leadership and sales. You'll think about where to invest and how to grow, then make it happen, connecting marketing efforts to pipeline, testing what works, cutting what doesn't and scaling what proves itself.Compensation & Structure- Full-time contractor (remote)- Fixed monthly compensation- Please include your compensation expectation in BRL (R$) in your applicationWhat you’ll do1.Channel oversight & growth- Set and track channel-level goals aligned with Downtown's growth priorities: recurrent clients, referrals and new client acquisition- Own the day-to-day management and growth of marketing channels — email, paid media, outbound, events and future channels- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting- Support the design and execution of outbound and ABM initiatives- Optimize website performance as a conversion engine — landing pages, CTAs, user flow and lead capture- Monitor organic search performance and identify SEO opportunities to support inbound growth- Propose and test new campaigns, formats and acquisition strategies to improve performance2.CRM & automation- Own the marketing layer of the CRM (Zoho) in partnership with sales: segmentation, audience lists, campaign tagging and marketing lifecycle tracking- Handle the technical setup and configuration of marketing platforms and integrations- Build and manage email marketing flows — nurture sequences, newsletters, re-engagement campaigns and event-driven communications3.Reporting & optimization- Track and report on channel performance, campaign results and growth metrics- Run experiments, analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements- Monitor referral and client retention metrics, supporting sales with data-driven insightsRequirementsMust-haves- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Analytical mindset with comfort in data, dashboards and performance reporting- Hands-on execution mindset with high autonomy, curiosity and ownership- Experience with B2B marketing and demand generation- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)- Experience building and managing email marketing flows and automation- Hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or similar platforms)Nice-to-haves- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)- Experience with marketing automation tools beyond email (e.G., workflow builders, lead scoring)- Familiarity with the architecture, engineering or construction industrySelection Process- Apply to the opportunity, submitting the form with your CV and English experience- Screening: English and communication assessment (video)- Technical challenge- Interviews with leadership- OfferWhy join Downtown?- Role with direct business impact- Work with top architects and U.S. brands- Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy culture with real autonomy- High growth opportunity as the company scales
