Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our end-to-end SAP technical activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding project teams in successfully going live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to ensure successful project execution
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management at least 5 years in technical cutover or related technical leadership role Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this technical cutover manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources Experience with prior projects with successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and agile project methodologies
