About the Role :
A Product Manager in Digital Commerce is responsible for setting the vision and direction of a team for the next 1-2 years, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting on business results to senior leadership, and collaborating with regional and cross-organizational stakeholders to support growth and innovation. The incumbent must deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions, possessing strong product management, communication, and organizational skills. They should be a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and be analytical in decision-making, with a passion for data. Regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and strategy is essential. Excellent listening, writing skills, and technical competency are required.
What You'll Do :
1. Organize Regional Stakeholders (Customer-Business-IT Engagement, Executive Steering Committee) (10%)
2. Identify Opportunities (Industry Research, Competitive Analysis) (10%)
3. Build Product Strategy & Roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog) (15%)
4. Develop Business Case ROI (10%)
5. Establish and Measure KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts) (10%)
6. Define Product Requirements (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories) (15%)
7. Coordinate Design of Customer Experience (UX Visual Design, Concept and Usability Testing) (10%)
8. Manage Product Testing (Business and IT Quality Assurance, Show-and-Tell, Demos, Release Readiness) (5%)
9. Business Rollout customer adoption (internal + External) (Business Training, Sales Support, address issues and customer concerns) (15%)
What We're Looking For :
* 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
* Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (desired).
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
* Product Owner / Manager Certification (or equivalent).
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Multicultural interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
* Ability to work independently, handle stress, and maintain confidentiality.
* Quick learner with proficiency in relevant computer applications.
