In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:1 – Generate value through the influence and leadership of people, through technical knowledge and accumulated experience.2 – Motivate the team and optimize performance through communication, evaluation and feedback actions together with management that encourage the pursuit of achieving individual objectives and goals;3 – Carefully manage the implementation of the Ariba System and Global Code at Bracell São Paulo.4 – Manage the registration activity of business partners and materials, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs, maintenance of the Bracell database and compliance with the respective procedures5 – Manage Supply Policies and Procedures, carrying out appropriate reviews and monitoring due dates.6 – Determine the results of existing KPIs and Management indicators and implement new ones as needed in the area.7 – Monitor internal and external audits, including ISO 9000 and 14001 certifications, ensuring that processes are compliant and that any Action Plans are properly addressed.8 – Lead highly complex Supply Projects, being responsible for monitoring the schedule and actions with those responsible.9 – Manage Supplier Qualification and Assessment processesTo be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
