**Account Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

* Client Collaboration and Project Oversight:
o Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
o Translate client goals into clear, actionable tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
o Utilize project management tools to create and share meeting notes, track progress, and manage deadlines.
* Relationship Building and Industry Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes.
o Promote the agency's services and expertise through networking and other professional development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Ability to build trust with clients through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and preparedness.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:
o Able to understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
o Skill in navigating complex situations, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Emotional Intelligence and Time Management:
o Ability to read situations, navigate client personalities, and remain calm under pressure.
o Skilled at balancing meetings, client communication, and planning without losing sight of deliverable deadlines.

Reporting Relationship and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
* Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): 9/10 or higher average score from client check-ins or post-project feedback.
* Client Retention Rate: 93%+ of clients renew or continue service.
* Project Delivery Accuracy: 95%+ of deliverables are approved by the client without major revisions.

Our Operating Hours and Work Environment:

* We operate Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MST.
