About the Role
This is a 40/60 blend of onsite and remote user support, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and end-user system maintenance. Additionally, this role involves infrastructure security, projects, and collaboration with the IT Manager to implement changes, security initiatives, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support for users
* Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively
* Coordinate vendor repairs and replacements
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

Infrastructure, Security & Projects
* Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and SCCM
* Troubleshoot and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall settings
* Participate in IT security initiatives and vulnerability management
* Support IT audits and compliance documentation
* Collaborate with global IT teams to align with company standards and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure roles
* Hands-on L2/L3 support experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms
* Networking knowledge
* IT security practices and audit processes understanding
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
