Position Overview
ScaleSource is looking for a high-impact Integrator & Client Success Leader to run the company day-to-day and ensure execution excellence across sales, marketing, client success, and operations.
This is a senior leadership role — the #2 in the company, reporting directly to the Visionary. You will turn strategy into execution, hold leaders accountable, ensure clients are successful, and build the operating system that allows ScaleSource to scale. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love ownership, and know how to balance accountability with culture, this role is for you.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
1. Senior Operator in Staffing / Recruiting / BPO
You have leadership experience inside a staffing, recruiting, offshoring, or BPO-style business. You understand how these machines work — and where they break.
2. Proven EOS Experience
You've lived EOS, not just read about it. You've worked with:
* L10s
* Scorecards
* Rocks
* People Analyzer
* Leadership Team accountability
* Integrator / COO experience in an EOS company is a major plus.
3. Strong Executor, Not a Theorist
You move fast, make decisions, and ship. You turn ideas into action and action into measurable results.
4. Leader Who Holds the Line Without Killing Culture
You can push for results, have hard conversations, and enforce standards — while still building trust and a healthy team environment.
5. Comfortable Operating at Two Altitudes
You can:
* Lead strategically (vision, alignment, external presence)
* Execute tactically (daily management, problem-solving, follow-through)
Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Accountability
* Lead and hold accountable leaders across:
* Sales / BDR
* Client Success
* Scaler Success
* Marketing
* Operations & support teams
* Run weekly 1:1s and leadership L10s
* Own hiring, coaching, performance management, and terminations
Execution & EOS Ownership
* Maintain accurate scorecards, rocks, and to-dos
* Ensure issues are surfaced, solved, and closed weekly
* Drive 90%+ execution consistency across teams
Client Success Ownership
* Own the full client lifecycle: onboarding → activation → retention
* Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and scalable success systems
* Oversee training programs, client resources, and ongoing engagement
Vision Execution
* Translate the Visionary's ideas into clear plans with owners, timelines, and metrics
* Drive projects from concept to completion
* Ensure nothing dies on the whiteboard
Financial & Operational Discipline
* Monitor budgets and operational spend
* Ensure marketing and recruiting efforts deliver ROI
* Support planning and forecasting with leadership
