A highly skilled facilitator is required to orchestrate various ART events and ensure program-level cadence.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Orchestrate major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
* Manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce is appreciated.
* Must have JIRA knowledge.
