As a creative visionary, you will drive growth by crafting ad creative that sparks nostalgia and feeling. Partner with editors and creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate insights into compelling hooks and storyboards; select music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message.
* Develop concise briefs for creators/editors; source and manage talent.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, click-through rate, and conversion value.
* Launch rapid tests; analyze performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, return on ad spend) and iterate fast.
* Repurpose winning concepts into static content.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable with data analysis: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
* Experience with user-generated content and short-form paid social media (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership approach.
