We seek a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the requirements gathering process, developing software programs based on technical specifications, and ensuring secure coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth customer discussions around requirements and technical drawings.
2. Develop software programs adhering to technical specifications, programming standards, and procedures.
3. Implement secure coding practices and UI standards, ensuring best practices are applied during development.
4. Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications.
5. Execute detailed and complex unit tests, secure code testing, and troubleshooting.
6. Manage the source code management process.
7. Collaborate on integration, systems, and performance testing, and code tuning.
8. Participate in secure code peer reviews.
9. Promote opportunities for code reuse, configurations, procedures, and techniques.
Requirements:
* Preferred degrees include computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Experience with data architecture is crucial.
* Strong skills in writing SQL queries and data modeling are required.
* Proficiency in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility.
* Experience in handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com.
* Ability to set up and customize managed Field Service packages is an asset.
Skill Set:
* Extensive knowledge of service-oriented design (SOA) principles.
* Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of Salesforce technology, particularly the data cloud and its features and terminologies.
* Experience in positioning and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Salesforce Data Cloud certifications are a plus for this role.
