A Junior Financial Assistant role is available in our Valinhos - SP plant. This position will be responsible for supporting the financial department by analyzing credit and collections, processing sales commissions, and reviewing approval holds.
Responsibilities:
* Identify daily credits/received funds in bank accounts to support the Cash Application team, interact with clients, banks, third-party collectors, and internal departments to expedite receivables;
* Achieve intensive collaboration with factories to resolve pending issues (pending documents, overdue debts, canceled/invoiced bills);
* Execute credit analysis;
* Support performance analysis of collections for the portfolio and provide credit and collection metrics for monthly closure;
* Prepare AR reports for plants, including explanations of DSO and Past Due variations;
* Perform commission reports for representatives;
* Support new SO analysis.
Requirements:
* Coursing a superior degree in Administration, Accounting or Economics;
* At least 1 year of experience in the area;
* Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, Excel, SQL systems;
* Familiarity with AR processes and credit/collection analysis - OTC (Order to cash).
