We are seeking a Director of Paid Media to play a key role in our marketing team by assisting the Head of Marketing in executing and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Reddit. You will be responsible for optimizing our paid advertising efforts, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
As a Director of Paid Media, you will lead the way in developing and implementing online marketing strategies that grow our customer base and reduce our CPA. You will manage our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta and TikTok focus), analyze campaign performance data, and optimize results. Working closely with our creative team, you will help create engaging ad creatives that reflect our brand aesthetics and identity. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with the Executive Team to create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit
* Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
* Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to ensure efficient spending
* Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics and identity
* Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising
* Report on campaign performance to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field
* Proficiency in paid advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads
* Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
