Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Biology, Engineering or equivalent plus relevant experience as a manager, supervisor, and/or individual contributor. • Proven skills in leading/managing process execution with cross-functional team collaboration. • Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages is required.
