With over 3 billion video views per month, 100 million social followers globally, and a reach of 650 million across web, social, and video platforms, Footballco is the world’s largest football media company and one of the largest digital media companies in sport globally.About the RoleReporting into the Head of Global Betting Partnerships, this role has been created at Footballco to support the rapid growth of the betting sector in Brazil. You will work closely with the Head of Global Betting Partnerships to drive the acquisition of betting partners within Brazil, contributing to material and sustained commercial growth for Footballco.In this role, you will engage with tier 1, 2, and 3 operators across Brazil's regulated betting market, fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers to unlock significant revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will implement best business practices to drive revenue growth, ensure top-class service levels, and act as an ambassador for Footballco within the Brazilian market. We want you to elevate revenue, client management, and commercial creative output to the next level.What you will be doing:Work with the Head of Global Betting Partnerships to achieve Footballco’s betting revenue targets in Brazil.Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue streams while proactively managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.Be a key driver in shaping our Betting Partnerships strategy for the Brazilian market, identifying target brands and opportunities.Build and maintain direct relationships with key commercial decision-makers in Brazilian betting operators to secure multi-market media deals.Lead and negotiate media agreements for Footballco, ensuring consistency and best-in-class market practices across partnerships.Collaborate with the Activation team to provide excellent customer service to partners, monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and champion partner brands within Footballco.Identify and implement innovative approaches to create new revenue streams.Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and competition within the Brazilian gambling and media industries.What you have:Have a proven track record in media sales within the football or sports industry, with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market.Possess an extensive network of contacts in the Brazilian betting sector and experience in selling media to gambling brands directly and via agencies.Demonstrate experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across different regions to onboard clients, analyze campaign performance, and develop proposals to maximize partnership value.Have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to justify commercial decisions with new and existing partners.Present KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English.Footballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
