As a key player in the life sciences sector, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Life Sciences Engagement Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving engagement and maximizing the value derived from our solutions by users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with faculty members at universities and research institutions, ensuring seamless integration of our products into their courses and maximizing product usage.
* Design and deliver product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes, fostering strong relationships and promoting our offerings.
* Drive growth through presentations at exhibits and conferences, university seminars and workshops, and onsite customer visits, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines, or relevant experience in a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, with a proven track record of success in engaging with clients and driving business results.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in assigned content areas, including Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.
