Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a Radiology Site Manager / Office Administrator in the Rio Grande, NJ office location. This position oversees the AMI @ Cooper office locations in Cape May County, NJ.

The Radiology Site Manager / Office Administrator is responsible for:
1. Managing the operations of diagnostic imaging sites, including planning and administration of managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components, ensuring quality assurance for patient care and staff performance;
2. Collaborating with joint venture partners from Cooper University Hospital and Cape Regional, facilitating workflow and integration efforts;
3. Improving business operations and cost efficiencies without compromising customer service, making recommendations and implementing decisions;
4. Promoting a respectful, safe, and collaborative work environment to encourage high morale;
5. Working effectively with fellow Office Administrators and management teams, managing other locations as needed, and coordinating coverage during absences;
6. Scheduling and assigning staff based on their skills and training, ensuring proper orientation and ongoing education;
7. Monitoring daily schedules for optimization and patient flow improvements;
8. Adjusting staffing levels based on patient census;
9. Overseeing patient registration and scheduling processes;
10. Supervising front desk staff to ensure high customer service standards and proper patient registration;
11. Maintaining proficiency with IT systems like EPIC, RIS, PACS, and others;
12. Enhancing patient experience and addressing complaints effectively;
13. Ensuring safety, health, and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff, including emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance;
14. Collaborating on policy development, enforcement, and continuous process improvement;
15. Providing staff orientation, coaching, performance evaluations, and supporting staff growth;
16. Maintaining a safe facility, managing equipment and supply inventories, and coordinating maintenance and repairs;
17. Ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies such as NJDOH, MQSA, ACR, and Evicore;
18. Participating in training and continuing education programs;
19. Performing other duties as assigned.
This role provides oversight for the AMI @ Cooper Rio Grande, Jane Osbourne Center, Cape May Court House, and Marmora offices. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, with flexibility required.
Qualifications include:
* Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare-related field;
* At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare;
* Strong computer skills, particularly with EMR and Epic;
* Experience in a union environment (preferred);
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and team development;
* Awareness of radiation and magnetic field safety (necessary due to practice nature).
