About the Role:
As a Marketing and Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads. This includes planning and organizing events, fairs, and promotional activities, as well as coordinating after-sales activities until machine delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social networks, Google Ads) with a focus on generating qualified leads;
* Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and institutional content in coordination with our headquarters and regional offices;
* Plan and organize events, fairs, and other promotional activities;
* Coordinate and document after-sales activities until complete delivery of machines to customers, including placing orders, import follow-up, and commissioning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions;
* Knowledge of sales funnels, inbound marketing, and demand generation techniques;
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile;
* Availability for international and national travel;
* Fluent English (written and verbal);
* German language proficiency is an asset.
