Project Manager - Interpretation Services

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our interpretation services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This includes scoping client needs, identifying and assigning linguists, coordinating with clients, and evaluating project outcomes. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain open communication with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple projects per day
* Scoping client needs and working with colleagues to ensure expectations are met
* Identifying and assigning linguists based on relevant time zones or regions
* Coordinating with clients and linguists to ensure seamless project execution
* Evaluating project outcomes and making recommendations for improvement
