* Leadership and Technical Consulting:

* End-to-End Solution Design:
* Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing compatibility and interoperability through thorough testing and evaluation.
* Project and Resource Management:
* Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing, monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
* Technology Selection and Validation:
