Manage executive communication during troubleshooting.Conduct Fupan (After-action review meetings) on major incidents: drive support teams to deep dive for root cause and identify preventative or improvement actions.Create, update, and consolidate knowledge documents to enrich the team knowledge base.Prepare all kinds of major incident reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
