* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design, with a strong portfolio that showcases designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
">
* You will define and lead the design experiences across three core products--web and mobile.
* You will take ideas from concept to completion, conducting and managing full research processes, leading usability testing sessions, and gathering feedback.
* You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* You'll help establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library, contributing to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with good taste in visual design.
* Strong proficiency with Figma, with the ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).

Work Environment
">
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America (United States and Brazil). Work hours are flexible, but there are regular meetings you'll be expected to attend. The expectation is to be available to collaborate during general daytime hours.

The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration. This role is full-time, but you will be paid as a contractor.

Interview Process
">

* Asynchronous portfolio review: Create a 15-minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience related to the role.
* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low-fidelity designs for a user experience that would address the problem. You will present your project during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* 1-2 additional follow-up 1:1s with the founder and/or Head of Engineering may be requested to address unresolved questions.
