SAP Technical Cutover Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our team in delivering end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow, with a focus on successfully going live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure for K-C business segments in Asia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more)
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies
