* Define Design Vision: Collaborate with our CEO, CTO, and Product team to establish a clear design direction for our marketplace, supplier tools, and customer experience.
* Lead End-to-End Design: Oversee UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity for web and mobile platforms.
* Architect AI-Native Experiences: Help users trust automation and agents in critical workflows by designing intuitive and natural interactions.
* Collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers: Prototype, test, iterate, and refine designs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Buuild and Scale Design System: Develop a robust design system that enables fast development without sacrificing quality.
