Project Lead
Leading and managing cross-functional teams to drive business success through modern technology solutions is a key responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to ensure high performance and alignment with project goals.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering an innovative work environment.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks within scope.
Project Management: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Agile Project Management: Manage and configure sprints, backlogs, and work items in Agile methodologies to ensure project transparency and alignment with user stories and epics.
