The Role: IT Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT support, systems administration, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* IT Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* System Integration: Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management software and AI-driven solutions.
* Security and Compliance: Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Training and Documentation: Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
* English Proficiency: A working level of spoken and written English is required.
* Experience: Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Certifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
