Customer Success Specialist Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer-facing roles, with the ability to conduct outreach and build relationships.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Establish communication channels with Faculty members via calls, emails, and product demos to implement JoVE integrations in courses and enhance product usage.
* Promote JoVE adoption by delivering awareness sessions at existing customer universities and research institutes.
* Foster engagement and usage through presentations at conferences, seminars, workshops, and onsite visits.
* Ensure seamless implementation support and consistent resource utilization to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.
* Communicate customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to influence product decisions.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is required.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English are necessary.
* Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in assigned content areas (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology) is desired.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building are essential.
* Experience in networking using cold calling is an advantage.
