Product & Engineering Scrum Master
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. They will support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles
* Support and guide one or more Scrum teams
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance
* Assist in implementing and adopting SAFe practices
* Identify and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
