Key Account Manager Position
This is a business development opportunity to lead sales growth across Latin America.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the region, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Achieve revenue growth through strategic account management and relationship building.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect market share.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional foods.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish language skills; English is an asset.
* Self-motivation and excellent territory/time management skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (ZOHO preferred).
About the Role
This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate will be based in Brazil but willing to travel across LATAM as required.
