Misso do Cargo
Garantir a segurana das equipes prprias e contratadas gerenciar a elaborao de projetos execuo e fiscalizao das obras a campo com uniformidade de procedimentos tcnicas e critrios de elaborao de projetos e construo de rede area / subterrnea at 345 kV de distribuio MT / BT contribuindo com os resultados do plano estratgico crescimento do mercado e satisfao dos clientes considerando a viabilidade tcnica econmica dos Investimentos (CAPEX e OPEX) com aderncia a Base de Remunerao Regulatria e atendendo s condies e prazos estabelecidos nas resolues da ANEEL.
Principais atividades
* Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurana de trabalho de meio ambiente e de responsabilidade social vigentes para os colaboradores prprios e contratados;
* Gerir os contratos de terceiros garantindo o atendimento integral das especificaes tcnicas e diretrizes contratuais;
* Garantir a produtividade eficincia e qualidade na gesto dos projetos execuo e fiscalizao das obras a campo tanto prprios quanto contratados mediante
* Garantir a assertividade dos projetos atendendo s condies e prazos estabelecidos nas resolues do contrato com a ANEEL e respectiva aderncia a Base de Remunerao Regulatria mitigando riscos de multas e glosas regulatria;
* Planejar e controlar o atendimento das demandas a campo garantindo o cumprimento das Normas e Procedimentos vigentes;
* Otimizar os custos das obras visando eficincia nos custos das obras de rede de distribuio areas e subterrneas at 345kV;
* Garantir a execuo das obras a campo com eficincia e aderncia ao S&OP para adequada compra fornecimento e utilizao de materiais;
* Garantir a correta determinao da participao financeira dos clientes e da concessionria relativa aos investimentos e empreendimentos garantindo proporcionalidade considerando a necessidade do cliente e retorno do investimento a distribuidora atravs da gesto e anlise de documentao para enquadramento de responsabilidade financeira de obras de expanso do sistema de distribuio de energia;
* Gerir a elaborao de projetos a campo de novas cargas reclamaes entrada coletiva estudos de desempenho proteo incorporao de rede particular urbana / ou rural projetos de redes subterrneas de distribuio micro gerao travessias de rodovias e ferrovias e ocupao de margens e suas respectivas autorizaes assim como os respectivos cadastros no sistema tcnico definindo e prestando suporte necessrio e solues apropriadas s equipes de campo;
* Garantir a realizao do oramento de investimento (CAPEX) de obras prprias atendimento ao mercado e respectiva aderncia aos requisitos regulatrios com relao ao reconhecimento integral dos investimentos na Base de Remunerao Regulatria bem como as previses e realizaes de custeio e pessoal (OPEX);
* Contribuir com novas tecnologias e melhorias nos processos de projetos e construo de redes de distribuio MT / BT a campo de acordo com as atualizaes tecnolgicas de mercado demandas regulatrias estratgia da empresa e satisfao do cliente;
* Contribuir para a preserva da imagem e interesses da empresa administrando as relaes institucionais com os rgos oficiais e privados bem como analisando e emitindo parecer sobre laudos periciais e atuando como preposto e suporte tcnico quando necessrio;
* Garantir o clima organizacional da rea e o nvel adequado da qualificao e desempenho da equipe atravs da identificao de necessidades de treinamento / desenvolvimento profissional de seus subordinados e da elaborao de um programa de treinamento com o apoio da rea de Gesto de Pessoas;
* Garantir a disseminao da cultura e dos valores da EDP garantindo eficcia nas mudanas pretendidas em nvel estratgico e organizacional.
Requisitos obrigatrios
Superior completo em Engenharia.
* Experincia em construo manuteno e fiscalizao de redes de distribuio MT / BT;
* Vivncia em gesto de contratos e equipes de terceiros;
* Experincia em liderana de equipes multidisciplinares;
* Conhecimento das normas e resolues da ANEEL incluindo Base de Remunerao Regulatria (CAPEX e OPEX);
* Conhecimento em segurana do trabalho aplicada ao setor eltrico (NR-10 NR-35 e correlatas);
* Conhecimento em sistemas de gesto de obras e materiais (ex. : SAP).

Mission of the Role
Ensure the safety of own and contracted teams manage the preparation of projects execution and supervision of field works with standardized procedures techniques and criteria for the design and construction of overhead / underground networks up to 34.5 kV in MT / BT distribution contributing to the results of the strategic plan market growth and customer satisfaction while considering the technical and economic feasibility of investments (CAPEX and OPEX) in compliance with the Regulatory Remuneration Base and meeting the conditions and deadlines established in ANEELs resolutions.
Main Activities
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety environmental and social responsibility standards for own and contracted employees;
* Manage third-party contracts ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and contractual guidelines;
* Guarantee productivity efficiency and quality in project management execution and fieldwork supervision both for own and contracted teams;
* Ensure project accuracy meeting the conditions and deadlines established in the ANEEL contract resolutions and adhering to the Regulatory Remuneration Base mitigating risks of fines and regulatory disallowances;
* Plan and control field service demands ensuring compliance with current Standards and Procedures;
* Optimize construction costs aiming at efficiency in the costs of overhead and underground distribution network works up to 34.5kV;
* Ensure the execution of field works with efficiency and adherence to S&OP for proper purchase supply and use of materials;
* Ensure the correct determination of the financial participation of customers and the utility regarding investments and ventures ensuring proportionality considering customer needs and return on investment for the distributor through the management and analysis of documentation for financial responsibility classification of distribution system expansion works;
* Manage the preparation of field projects for new loads complaints collective entries performance studies protection incorporation of private urban and / or rural networks underground distribution network projects microgeneration highway and railway crossings and bank occupations and their respective authorizations as well as their registration in the technical system defining and providing the necessary support and appropriate solutions to field teams;
* Ensure the preparation of investment budgets (CAPEX) for own works market service and adherence to regulatory requirements regarding full recognition of investments in the Regulatory Remuneration Base as well as forecasts and achievements in operating and personnel expenses (OPEX);
* Contribute to new technologies and improvements in MT / BT distribution network project and construction processes in the field in line with market technological updates regulatory demands company strategy and customer satisfaction;
* Contribute to preserving the companys image and interests managing institutional relations with official and private bodies as well as analyzing and issuing opinions on expert reports and acting as a legal representative and technical support when necessary;
* Ensure the organizational climate of the area and the appropriate level of qualification and performance of the team through the identification of training / professional development needs of subordinates and the preparation of a training program with the support of the People Management area;
* Ensure the dissemination of EDPs culture and values guaranteeing the effectiveness of the intended strategic and organizational changes.
Mandatory Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Engineering;
* Experience in construction maintenance and supervision of MT / BT distribution networks;
* Experience in managing contracts and third‑party teams;
* Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams;
* Knowledge of ANEEL standards and resolutions including the Regulatory Remuneration Base (CAPEX and OPEX);
* Knowledge of occupational safety applied to the electricity sector (NR-10 NR-35 and related standards);
* Knowledge of work and material management systems (e.g. SAP).
