Job Opportunity: Sr. Customer Success Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Customer Success Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Manage support queues and backlogs
The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in customer support, preferably with ERP/MIS background and print industry knowledge.
Technical Requirements:
* Use Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector) to analyze web applications
* Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and printing workflows
* IT infrastructure knowledge
Achievements:
* Fully resolve customer complaints within established timeframes
* Enhance the overall customer experience through efficient support delivery
* Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to achieve business objectives
Educational Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
