Responsibilities include:
* Extracting core insights from internal podcast episodes to develop a multi-format content strategy
* Writing high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets
* Creating and documenting repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms
* Building and maintaining SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration
* Collaborating with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives
* Tracking performance of content and continuously optimizing distribution based on insights
This role is ideal for someone with strong copywriting skills, proven experience in content repurposing, and a sharp understanding of content distribution strategy. If you have a solid marketing operations background, are highly organized and self-directed, and can work independently to take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end, we encourage you to apply.
