About Our Community Manager Role
We're seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead our online communities and help users protect their personal data.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for fostering engagement, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer support. Your goal will be to create a welcoming environment where users feel valued and empowered to take control of their digital lives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily interactions on Reddit, X, and Discord
* Organize events such as AMAs, Q&As, and community challenges to boost engagement
* Identify user sentiment trends and gather feedback to inform product development
* Uphold community standards by moderating conversations and removing spam
* Track community health metrics and suggest strategic improvements
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience managing or moderating active communities
* Strong writing and communication skills to engage and nurture active communities
* In-depth knowledge of Reddit and Discord moderation tools and features
* Empathy, diplomacy, and the ability to foster trust in a community environment
