Provide multi-channel support to clients, capturing high-quality information and resolving contacts with varying degrees of complexity. Record all calls from the helpline and register the contact in a ticket registration platform (ITSM). Closely attend to user reports regarding workstation computer equipment issues. Routinely direct each contact to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention. Provide users requiring assistance in processes unrelated to workstation issues with clear guidance.
