Responsibilities and duties
Manage on-site activities and documentation;
Provide technical guidance on procedures to ensure safety and health of employees, including accident and occupational disease prevention measures;
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements applicable to company processes, keeping updated with local legislation;
Develop, evaluate, and review tools to support the Safety, Sustainability, and Environment System (SSMA);
Support sustainability initiatives, understanding key environmental regulations and company programs;
Assist in managing the budget for PPE procurement and distribution, ensuring equipment effectiveness and proper usage;
Conduct and facilitate training sessions to enhance team safety knowledge;
Perform accident analysis and investigation techniques.
Qualifications and requirements
Completed technical education in Safety Engineering;
Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E);
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Experience as a Safety Technician in building construction projects.
