We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software industry, and experience working with complex sales projects.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
You will work closely with other departments to support customer success and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
 * Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
 * New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
 * Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
 * Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 * Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
